1. Keep It Recreational
Every simulation hosted on Mudlark Spins runs strictly on fictional Play Credits with zero real-world monetary value. Even without financial stakes, time spent online is valuable. We encourage every collector to treat the estuarine archive as a light, occasional diversion rather than an everyday routine.
2. Configurable Session Reminders
Every signed-in collector has an active tidal session timer running quietly in the browser (`mdk:session-started-at`). By default, a modal check-in prompt appears every 30 minutes, inviting you to stretch your legs, review the hour, or close the conservatory. You can adjust this cadence to 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes inside your Collector Profile.
3. A Break That Stays in Place
When you activate an Account Break below, our server records an immutable UTC timestamp (`break_until`) in your profile ledger and immediately terminates your active session. While a break is in force, any attempt to sign in or reset your password will be declined until the chosen period expires in full.
4. Mindful Digital Leisure Habits
- Decide how long you plan to browse the foreshore vault before opening a practice stage.
- Switch to the warm Beeswax & Vellum or dark Obsidian Nocturne Estuary lighting scene during evening hours to reduce visual fatigue.
- Balance screen time with offline activities, outdoor walks, and social connections.
5. Assistance Desk & Permanent Account Closure
If you would like our team to apply a permanent account closure or purge your collector record under UK GDPR erasure rights, write directly to our Player Care desk at care@mudlarkspins.com or use the Curatorial Support dispatch form.
