§1 · Purpose & Architecture

1. The Estuarine Conservatory

Mudlark Spins (mudlarkspins.com) is an adult-only (18+) recreational platform headquartered at Newcastle Helix in Newcastle upon Tyne. Modelled after a Victorian foreshore antiquarian society, our digital conservatory curates seven interactive mechanical relic folios arranged across four geological river strata.

Unlike commercial portals, our conservatory has no cashier desk, no payment gateway, and no monetisation hooks. Visitors browse the catalogue, read detailed mechanical field notes, and launch HTML5 practice chambers purely for visual and kinetic appreciation.

§2 · Zero-Monetisation Accounting

2. 100,000 Fictional Play Credits

When you register a verified 18+ collector profile, our server ledger automatically records a complimentary welcome grant of 100,000 Play Credits. These credits serve as an abstract mechanical gauge inside the practice chambers so you can observe how paylines, cluster drops, and multiplier ratios behave over time.

Zero Monetary Value
Play Credits are purely notional counters. They cannot be exchanged for money, merchandise, or external privileges under any circumstance.
No Top-Ups or Fees
We never accept deposits, card details, or financial transfers. Every feature of the conservatory is permanently free of charge.
§3 · Spatial Curation

3. Foreshore Atlas & Personal Wax Tallies

Our homepage hosts a 1600×1000 interactive hydrographic chart divided into four estuarine horizons: Sovereign Bullion & Guild Terrace, Glazed Earthenware & Apothecary Quay, Submerged Astrolabe & Verdigris Reach, and Runic Jet & Obsidian Shingle.

Whenever a relic catches your eye, click its bookmark emblem to stamp a Wax Tally. Your tallies are stored locally in your browser (under mdk:claims) and sync immediately across the map meter, the home collector tray, and the Vault filter bar. If you feel undecided, press Sound a Random Relic to let our cryptographic compass select an untallied specimen for you.

§4 · Mathematical Tempo

4. Tidal Volatility Rhythms & Signature Mechanics

Every mechanical folio exhibits a distinct mathematical cadence, which we classify using three estuarine tidal rhythms and a four-bar volatility scale:

  1. Slackwater Drift (Low · 1/4): Gentle, frequent symbol alignments with minimal variance across short inspection sessions.
  2. Equinox Current (Medium to High · 2–3/4): A poised equilibrium combining steady base-grid matches with periodic Free Spins or Collector Pick chambers.
  3. Spring-Tide Surge (High to Very High · 3–4/4): High-amplitude mechanical sequences built around compounding multipliers and expanding relic plates.
§5 · Collector Wellbeing

5. Mindful Pacing & Self-Directed Account Breaks

Even in a complimentary practice environment, we believe digital leisure should remain deliberate and bounded. From your Collector Profile, you can switch between three eye-friendly lighting scenes (Alabaster Low-Tide Dawn, Warm Beeswax & Vellum, or Obsidian Nocturne Estuary) and set a recurring session check-in timer for 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes.

Should you wish to pause your access altogether, our Player Care page enables an immediate, server-enforced Account Break for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months.
